Who we are

What we collect
When you book a call or send an inquiry through this site, we collect your name, your business name, your email address, and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number, your website or social handle, the services you want to talk about, your industry and anything you write in the message field. Once you become a client we also hold the information we need to run your account, deliver your work and bill you.
How we use it
We use what you give us to answer your inquiry, to prepare for and run your call, to deliver the work you hire us for and to keep you updated on your account. We look at aggregate, non identifying information about how the site is used so we can make the site better.
Text messages
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Move Marketing at the mobile number you gave us, about your inquiry and about the call you scheduled with us. Checking that box is optional, you can submit the form and book a call without it, and it is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies. A typical inquiry receives between one and five messages, covering the request we received, the confirmation once your call is booked, a reminder shortly before it starts, and a note if the time moves.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or STOP to cancel. Once you reply STOP we stop texting that number.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent, and we do not rent, trade or otherwise disclose them for anyone else’s marketing. The only parties who ever handle your mobile number are the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and they act solely on our instructions to carry the messages you asked for. They may not use your number for their own purposes, and they may not pass it on.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to run our business, including our website host and database provider, our email provider, our calendar provider and our messaging provider. They only ever process your information on our instructions and only to provide the service to us. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics so that pages load properly and so we can see which pages are useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@movemarketingmedia.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send.
Children
This site is meant for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
