Terms of Service - Move Marketing

Agreement
These terms cover your use of movemarketingmedia.com and the inquiry and booking forms on it. By using the site you agree to them. The work we do for you as a client is governed by the proposal and contract you sign with us, and where those documents and these terms cover the same ground, the signed contract governs.
Using the site
You agree to give us accurate information when you fill in a form, and to use the site for its intended purpose, which is learning about our services and getting in touch with us.
Booking a call
A time you pick on our contact form is a request. Our team reviews it and emails you a confirmation link, and the call is booked once you confirm. Calls run twenty minutes on Google Meet.
Text messaging terms
By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form you agree to receive text messages from Move Marketing at the mobile number you provided, about the inquiry you submitted and the call you scheduled. This program sends transactional messages about your own request: the request we received, the confirmation once your call is booked, a reminder shortly before it starts, and a note if the time changes.
Consent to receive these messages is optional, and it is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. You can submit the form and book a call whether or not you check the box.
Message frequency varies. A typical inquiry receives between one and five messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates and we have no control over them.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply HELP to any message from us for help, or contact us at hello@movemarketingmedia.com or (703) 574-0288.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we stop texting that number. To start again, submit the contact form and check the SMS consent box.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell mobile numbers or SMS consent. Our work and our content
Everything on this site, including our writing, our video, our photography, our logos and our brand names, belongs to Move Marketing or to the clients who own the work shown. You may not reuse it without our written permission.
Third party links
Where we link out to another site, that site has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Move Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page.
